LayeredTech...Goodbye...Horrible Policies and Disconnect servers without warning!
Without any warning or without any notices layeredtech decided to disconnect our servers due to a domain name sending out spam which we were not aware of.
We would have easily complied and removed and cleaned up this spam if LT would have given any sort of notice (even a 12 or 24 hour notice would do) but... unfortunetly they did not and decided to...instead...just disconnect our server. I basically am in he mercey on their hands to reinstate my server.
I'm looking at another provider as we speak. Nice work LT you just lost a customer due to such a very stupid move by your abuse department.
Your network was very good without a doubt but your staff replies are slow and your policies are simply THE WORST I have every experienced without a doubt! If you need the tickets I will gladly post it.
